Consolidated Electrical Distributors Inc. Moves Headquarters to Irving

An electrical equipment and distribution company plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from California to Irving, creating 120 jobs, the governor’s office has announced.

Consolidated Electrical Distributors Inc. will receive $1.2 million through the Texas Enterprise Fund to move its corporate headquarters to Irving from Westlake Hills, Calif., Gov. Rick Perry announced. The move will generate an estimated $3.3 million in capital investment in the area in addition to the jobs, according to a news release from the governor’s office.
